2nd october 2026 - the experiment has failed

Unfortunately, grumwrites.com will be terminating with the publishing of book 2, episode 14.

I suspect this news is for me alone, as I believe visitors to the site are some bots scraping; and/or I have taught some LLM some really odd turns of phrase. Here’s one last one: FUCK AI.

I have done nothing to publicise my writing and SEO might as well stand for “someone else’s occupation”, in part because my life has changed since June 2025. The remainder of my decision to quit grumwrites.com was my belief that I lack the resilience to have any business publishing my writing.

If I am incorrect regarding readership or its lack, I’d like to thank you. The website should remain up until the end of May 2027, then will join the ranks of lost media.

I’ll miss Anuk, Hugo, Rian and Thae.
